We are all subject to stress and it affects us all differently. Every day we are bombarded by multiple stimuli, radio, phones, TV.
We never switch off, we are all too accessible.
Usually we can cope, but if we hae a build up of stress it can manifest itself as physical symptoms.
During these 45 minute sessions you will learn how to relax and unwind both physically and mentally.
We will teach you techniques that you can try at home.
Small groups of upto 5people all for an amazing £7 per person per session.
